Its a good app actually that makes life easier, you can view your bill, pay either with card or which is even better , you can pay with apple pay. And for sure the other services that you can search for a device you’d like to purchase etc .. it’s just need improvement as the app is slow and give a hard time, i don’t remember it was like this but it may need little few fixes and it will be great.

Why have ads? Trying to pay my bill and ads wasting your time. Dropping this trash network and trash company. Cheap data, but can’t even use it all up since network is ridiculously slow
The app lacks many features and details the a consumer of the company needs to know more about his monthly bill and purchases.

The app is terrific & very intuitive. I think it’s the best telecom mobile app in the country. However, there is a small glitch that should be fixed. For those of us on a 4G LTE home broadband package, and have multiple Local Data Add-ons, the app can display incorrect usage values. Here is the specific situation. I have the following Local Data Add-ons that reoccur at the start of every billing cycle: 100 GBs (free) local data 200 GBs (Double GBs Promo) local data At the start of my billing cycling, the 100 GBs gets used up first, followed by the 200 GBs after the 100 GBs is fully consumed, followed by my main package data. However, the app incorrectly shows that data is being consumed from both the aforementioned add-ons at the same time and with equal values, which is not actually the case. For example, if I have used 50 GBs so far, the app will show me that I have used 50 GBs from the 100 GB add-on, and also 50 GBs from the 200 GB add-on. 107 confirmed that this duplication is incorrect, and that a total of only 50 GBs has been used from the 100 GB add-on. Nothing is yet consumed from 200 GB add-on despite what the app says. Because of this error, once the 100 GBs is fully consumed, the app shows me that I have also consumed 100 GBs from the 200 GB add-on, and that I have only 100 GBs left. However, once the 200 GBs is fully consumed, and data consumption is now supposed to switch to the main package, that does not happen. The data counter seems to stop for a few days, but what’s actually happening is that I still have 100 GBs left from the 200 GB add-on , and it’s currently being used but the app is not showing me that. This lasts until the 100 remaining GBs are consumed, and then it switches to my main package, at which point the app starts to correctly reflect my usage again. I hope this glitch gets fixed in the next update. Thanks!
Amazing offers
This app only allows minimum usage. You cannot manipulate the abilities of your plan. Also interesting, it can let you switch to post paid but not switch back to it.

Can’t see bill details
تطبيق ممتاز لكن يحتاج لتعديل بسيط في نسخة اللغة العربية، حيث تتراكم قائمة الاستخدام والبيانات في الوسط
لكن يوجد عندي ملاحظة عندما أتأخر في تعبئة الرصيد 24 ساعة اخسر خدمتي المميزة
The app always has errors when attempting to make a payment or recharge online. It forces me to go to a kiosk or desk to renew every month. If I his would actually recharge through the app like it is supposed to it would be much more convenient.
Never work properly. Shows usages and other things incorrectly. Shame on you guys, a telecom company but use cheap app for their customers.

Extremely unprofessional. Does not honor their words. Very unhelpful and does not care about their customers. Never take their service. Before they activate your line, they will be very nice but once line is activated, they will throw you on the side and does not care if nothing is working. Very bad network on buildings over 12 floors and they lie.
