Where is a update for your app?

The revamped 2017 version is awesome. Wish it had an option to update personal details though.

Slightly improved from the old outdated version. Still does not provide some crucial services such as contract billing & payment options.

Very user friendly app and customer centered approach.

Its better than the old one, but needs more improvements in future.

This app ricks, its easy to use, shows your bills, bundles, your current package, and many other awesome features. There are however two things I dislike about it. First when you open the app they show you the logo of the company which stays for more than few sec (you cant escape it). Second, I have to log in every time I want to see my bills, it would be awesome to see a "remember my info" button but what can you do.

It does not support the iphone 5 resolution

Work done well to launch a Zains app. Please do release the next update that supports iPhone 5 :-)

The program doesnt work I cant log in it always says that there is a problem

The app worked pretty well until the iOS 7 update. Now it wont let you log in. Its a fairly simple app, and easy to use. The only thing that I dont like is the music at the start when you open it. It seems out of place and excessive.

I like the overall design, however, it needs to be updated for iOS 7. Like ASAP.

I always having a hard time to top up . It always says, "top up not successfull." What is the problem? Wasting my time!

Need to support IOS 7

The design is outdated and anything but easy to use and navigate. Disappointing.
